We love Lundy Cottage, a home from home. Not once while here did we say that we wished we had thought to bring -----. "Everything we could have wished for has been provided. The decor is first class. Extremely clean & well cared for. All in all just "Perfect".
Val was extremely helpful & called in to make sure all was OK. Thank you Val for your help and kindness. This week will always be one of the most relaxing breaks we have enjoyed for a long time.

M & A Witzel (Germany)
We spent three lovely weeks in Lundy Cottage and enjoyed every moment. It's very well kept and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, providing you with everything needed. The kids enjoyed the TV with the Wii and DVD player. We made good use of the patio (thank you for the comfortable chairs). Val has been very forthcoming and did everything to make our stay here a lovely one. We hope to come again next year.

Mrs Fitt visited Eastbourne in April to see where she had booked her June holiday, and was so thrilled she is now a neighbour, opposite Cromarty Cottage! She used her time in our Lundy Cottage to prepare her new acquisition.

Mrs East hired a mobility scooter and we arranged for it to be available on their arrival. Lundy cottage also has an external electric socket useful for re-charging scooters.

We stayed in lundy cottage for a week it is so refreshing to stay somewhere were you do not need to take anything with you everything you need is there so clean and well furnished it was a real pleasure to stop there looking forward to a return visit.

Lovely cottage. Everything one might need is here. Instructions for central heating would have been helpful (Cold first few mornings). Also for TV – when blue light is on on box, it is off!
Very comfortable. Val was a diamond. Nothing too much trouble.
Thank you, a new book has been supplied detailing all operating instructions including washing machine, cooker and games computer. Yes the satellite receiver light is a bit of a mystery.

We have had a really lovely week, the cottage is decorated and equipped to a high standard. A quiet setting yet amenities so close by.  We did miss not having a bread bin in the cottage and found the seagulls did not like our dog!
Ideas for improvement: Clearer directions off A22, Information on electric meter and sheet on where to turn shower on.  –

Very clean – Very calm – Very welcoming. Tremendously baby friendly cottage. One small suggestion is for blackout blinds in the 2nd bedroom --- for the early mornings in summer. Thank you for a great holiday! 
Curtains are lined but we will look at also fitting a blackout blind. Stewart

Miss L Bowler
The cottage was fitted out to a very high standard with stylish decor, modern appliances and excellent kitchen facilities to create a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. Everything you needed was at your finger tips and all great quality stuff. This was the perfect base for a really varied holiday.
We caught the train from Eastbourne to London for a day - hassle free and post midnight return :-), went mountain biking and walking on the South Downs which are on the doorstep and enjoyed the Mediterranean feel of Sovereign Harbour (about 10 mins walk away)... bars and restaurants with loads of waterfront outdoor seating
and a real holiday atmosphere. And the best thing was Eastbourne was
about the only place in the country to have sunshine over Easter!!! 
Eastbourne is acknowledged asthe sunniest place in the UK, it has its own microclimate.
