Upon arrival at Kings Park, Take first left onto Shannon Way
Find parking space 30m after 3rd speedramp
16 Cromarty Walk is second cottage up the footpath after the electric substation.
Mobility
Drop kerb / wide wheelchair access is provided direct to Number 16
The cottage is all on one level but due to narrow doorways is unsuitable for wheelchairs within the cottage.
Conservatory and Front door have above average 3" thresholds which may be awkward for persons with restricted ability
The shower is floor mounted and therefore virtually step-in. A grab handle is also provided.
Electric wall sockets are sited higher than normal.
Hearing
The flatscreen monitor has teletext facility and audio outputs via phono, jackplug and scart sockets for portable hearing loops. Doorbell has illuminating ringer.
Restricted Sight
We have provided a bright reading lamp. Large size playing cards & domino's approved by the RNIB available.
Bedside light switches also control the main bedroom lights.

Lundy Cottage
Upon arrival take the first right on Viking Way
Find parking space after 4th speedramp
13 Lundy Walk is on the left behind the roadside bungalows.
Mobility
For drop kerb and wide wheelchair access, proceed on Viking Way 2 more bungalows. Turn next left Biscay Avenue, park immediately and take wide easy access footpath on left signposted Lundy Walk.
The cottage is all on one level but due to narrow doorways is unsuitable for wheelchairs within the cottage.
The Front door has a low 2" threshold.
The shower is plynth mounted and therefore requires stepping up into. A fold down shower seat is provided for persons with restricted mobility
Restricted Sight
Large size playing cards & domino's approved by the RNIB available.
Bedside touch lamps provided in the bedrooms.
